Kumpir, a baked potato with fillings, is a popular fast food item in Turkey. We use genuine Idaho potatoes and we bake them in our special oven.

Once baked, the potatoes are cut straight from the middle, mashed with imported kasseri cheese and butter or extra virgin olive oil and the rest is up to your creativity.

You may choose from our favorite meals or create your own by adding unlimited toppings!

Butter & kasseri cheese are already included in all our baked potatoes (for vegans, we can substitute butter with extra virgin olive oil).
